Altai region
— Horizont LLC. Samples from the hip cut of beef were taken at the municipal budgetary preschool educational institution of the Primorsky Territory “Kindergarten of a combined type No. 17”. According to the research results, ofloxacin was detected in an amount of 477.5 mcg/kg, which is almost 5 times more than the norm.
Ofloxacin is an antibacterial drug. The drug may cause decreased immunity and allergic reactions. Repeated use of products containing antibiotics may lead to the development of antimicrobial resistance, which can lead to difficult-to-treat infectious diseases in people.
Omsk region
— LLC “Vnimi-Siberia”. In the budgetary preschool educational institution “Child Development Center - Kindergarten No. 139”, adulteration of kefir with non-dairy fats supplied to the specified organization was recorded. According to the regulations, the presence of non-dairy fats in products is not permitted.

The bacterium Listeria monocytogenes is the causative agent of listeriosis, a foodborne disease. Human infection most often occurs by eating contaminated animal products, which leads to food poisoning.
When examining samples of edible chicken eggs from Volzhanin OJSC (Yaroslavl Region), delivered to the state autonomous healthcare institution “Kaluga Regional Specialized Center for Infectious Diseases and AIDS” (Kaluga Region), a toltrazuril content of 17.5 mcg/kg was detected. According to regulations, the content of this product in products is unacceptable.
Toltrazuril is a coccidiostat intended for the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis. Regular use of products containing coccidiostatic drugs leads to dysbacteriosis, allergic reactions and decreased immunity.
In addition, Rosselkhoznadzor introduced an enhanced laboratory control regime in relation to Tambov Bacon LLC (Tambov region). At the enterprise, samples were taken from pig legs that showed the presence of salmonella , which is not allowed according to the regulations.
Bacteria of the genus Salmonella cause an acute infectious disease in humans - salmonellosis, accompanied by high fever (up to 41˚C), diarrhea, and severe intoxication. Salmonella can not only persist in food products for a long time, but also multiply intensively if storage conditions and periods are violated.
