Rosselkhoznadzor revealed in Bashkiria meat and dairy products with an advance production date

For example, on May 1, 2023, an authorized person of VESNA LLC issued 4 electronic veterinary documents (eVSD) for the transportation of 9.8 kg of dumplings in an assortment made in the future - May 22 and 26, 2023. 

A similar situation was identified at the site of IP Bitkinin R.Z. On May 2, 2023, an individual entrepreneur sent 12 kg of Bouillonnye dumplings from the dumpling shop to the store, which, according to the eVSD, were produced on May 5, 2023.

Also on May 2, 2023 IP Abdullov Kh.K. when selling 8.6 kg of MEAT products, Dried-cured Kazylyk indicated in the eVSD that the products were manufactured on May 27, 2023.

In addition, on May 3, 2023, the authorized person of MOLOKO LLC addressed to the KFH Akhmetov I.M. 4 eVSD were issued for 11 kg of dairy products (cottage cheese, sour cream) with a production date of May 4, 2023.

The same violation was committed on May 3, 2023 by an authorized person of KARLAMAN DAIRY CANNING FACTORY LLC. They issued eVSD for 437.76 kg of dairy products: sour cream - 189.6 kg, fermented baked MILK - 5.7 kg, fermented milk drink "katyk" - 30.4 kg, kefir - 11.16 kg, pasteurized milk - 200.9 kg developed with an advance date of May 4, 2023.

Violations related to the issuance of eVSD with an advance production date were committed by state veterinarians of two institutions subordinate to the Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

So, on May 4, 2023, the veterinarian of the Sterlitamak Interdistrict Veterinary Station of the Republic of Bashkortostan issued an eVSD for 60 kg of pork sausages, in which he indicated the production date - May 24, 2023.

In addition, on May 5, 2023, the veterinarian of the Arkhangelsk Regional Veterinary Station of the Republic of Bashkortostan issued an eVSD for 4 kg of cottage cheese and sour cream produced on May 6, 2023 by Khismatullina N.N. Subsequently, dairy products with an advance production date were sold at the weekend fair.

Due to the fact that it is impossible to determine the exact expiration date for food products with an advanced production date, they are potentially dangerous and pose a threat of harm to the life or HEALTH of consumers.

The territorial department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR sent warnings to authorized persons of four economic entities, and the registration of one authorized person was suspended. An information letter was sent to the HEAD of the State Veterinary Service of the Republic of Bashkortostan to take appropriate measures against veterinarians.
