During the inspections, serious violations of the law were discovered, including the absence of veterinary accompanying documents, incorrect labeling and non-compliance with food quality and safety standards. In one of the stores, products such as a kefir product, a delicacypollock caviar , cheesecakes,Chebureki with MEAT and pet food that do not have veterinary documents, which makes it difficult to verify their quality and safety.
ROSSELKHOZNADZOR inspectors also selected 11 samples of products, including meat and dairy products . Laboratory tests revealed signs of adulteration in three samples, including cooked sausage "Doctorskaya", which, according to the labeling, should have contained pork and beef , but in fact contained soy and chicken DNA.
Following an inspection conducted on March 25, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration found Torgservis 28 LLC (owner of the Svetofor stores in Magadan) guilty of violating technical regulations and veterinary and sanitary rules. The inspection results were sent to the Magadan Region Government and the regional office of Rospotrebnadzor for the necessary measures to be taken.
