He reported that since the beginning of 2025, 27 budgetary institutions have been inspected, as a result of which 56 samples of animal products were selected. In 11 of them, which is about 20%, discrepancies in quality and safety indicators were found. In two of the 39 studies, signs of falsification were found. Among the violations, experts noted the presence of microbial transglutaminase, sorbic and benzoic acids, vegetable fats, residual amounts of veterinary drugs and ingredients missing from the labeling.

The HEAD of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration was particularly concerned about cases of detection of medicines, including antibiotics , in food products intended for socially vulnerable groups. Since the beginning of the year, 6 such incidents have been registered, concerning canned beef stew produced by two enterprises from the Leningrad Region . All samples came from children's educational institutions in the region. In several samples, combinations of several drugs were found, such as azithromycin, meloxicam and flunixin.

Evgeny Cherny noted that all the identified low-quality products were produced by five manufacturers from the Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Leningrad and Kursk regions, while the Oryol enterprises are no longer on the list of unscrupulous manufacturers supplying products to kindergartens and hospitals in the region, which became possible thanks to the effective work of the commission and the cooperation of various services and departments.
