These enterprises were certified by specialists of the North Sea Interregional Department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for compliance with the requirements of European legislation for MEAT processing enterprises.
At the end of February of this year, the state inspector of the North Sea Interregional Administration of Rosselkhoznadzor carried out control and shipment of the first batch of frozen venison from the territory of the Murmansk region to Finland in the amount of 9.2 tons.
Before shipment, the products were subjected to laboratory tests for quality and safety indicators, documentary and physical control was also carried out.
As a result of the measures taken, it was established that venison meets the requirements of the European Union and a veterinary certificate was issued for the import into the EU of fresh meat intended for human consumption.
