Rosselkhoznadzor declared invalid the declarations for meat products registered by the company in the Moscow region

As a result of the analysis of information posted on the official website of the Federal Accreditation Service, it was found that Mitburg LLC registered declarations of conformity for food products (ready-made culinary products from poultry, pork, beef; semi-finished products from poultry MEAT, from pork) on the basis of laboratory test reports of the Accredited Testing Center FBU "State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing in the City of Moscow and the Moscow Region".

The department sent a request to the specified center, in response to which information was received that the protocols on the basis of which the declaration of conformity of products of animal origin was made were not issued to them and are falsified.

When analyzing the information contained in the FSIS "Mercury", it was established that LLC "Mitburg" produces the specified food products of animal origin.

Based on the established facts in accordance with the Federal Law "On Technical Regulation" and the Rules for Registration, Suspension, Renewal and Termination of Declarations of Conformity, Recognizing Their Invalidity, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration decided to recognize the declarations of conformity registered by Mitburg LLC as invalid. This information is included in the register of declarations of conformity of the Federal Accreditation Service.

Materials on the fact of registration of declarations of conformity using deliberately fake (replacement, falsified) test reports in relation to Mitburg LLC were sent to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RUSSIA for the Moscow Region for consideration and decision.
