Rosselkhoznadzor sues enterprise in Dagestan for violating veterinary legislation

Despite the preventive and control measures taken, the violations remained unresolved. On March 13, 2025, the department filed a claim with the Tarumovsky District COURT of the Republic of Dagestan, demanding that Kavkaz LLC comply with veterinary legislation and enterprises working with livestock products. On March 21, the court accepted the claim for proceedings.
