A serious decrease in the share of low-quality products over 4 years occurred in the dairy and MEAT markets. So, for 11 months of 2021, 10.2 thousand samples of MILK and dairy products were analyzed in laboratories subordinate to ROSSELKHOZNADZOR. According to the results of the tests, the share of low-quality and counterfeit goods in the total volume of the samples examined was 13.79%. In 2018, this figure was estimated to be 7.8 percentage points higher (21.6%), the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor reported .
The share of meat and meat products that do not meet the established quality standards for 4 years decreased by 9.4 percentage points from 27.4% in 2018 to 17.96% this year.
At the same time, the number of identified inconsistencies with quality indicators in the studies of feed and feed additives has significantly increased. So, if in 2018 5.84% of products did not meet the requirements, then in 11 months of 2021 this figure reached a record for 4 years - 12.48%.
As for the results of the past year, dairy and fish products, honey and beekeeping products, as well as feed and feed additives have become safer in terms of product types.
So, for 11 months of 2021, the laboratories of the Rosselkhoznadzor examined 16.6 thousand samples of milk and dairy products. During the tests, it was found that 3.45% of the total number of samples did not meet the safety requirements. This is 4.06 percentage points less than in 2018, when the same indicator was 7.51%.
The share of fish and fish products that do not meet the established safety standards has decreased by 0.8 percentage points over 4 years. So, in January-November 2021, out of 11.5 thousand samples examined, 2.93% were found to have non-compliance with safety requirements. In 2018, the number of samples with violations in this area was 3.75%.
For 11 months of 2021, the Rosselkhoznadzor selected and examined 772 samples of honey and bee products for safety indicators. Of these, 6.22% did not meet the established requirements, which is 3.4 percentage points less than in 2018.
