According to the chief sanitary DOCTOR, samples of blood components were taken from 30 contacts and sent for research. Another 11 contact citizens are subject to examination. All these people are at high risk, said Lyudmila Salchak.
According to the Veterinary Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of March 17, epizootic ill HEALTH was registered in six administrative territories, in 11 epizootic foci, this is the Dzun-Khemchik district, the village of Khayyrakan, in 8 private farms, the Kyzyl district, the village of Tselinnoye - 2 foci, Tandinsky district Kochetova village - 4 outbreaks, Durgen village - 1 outbreak, 1 outbreak in the village of Bai-Tal, Bai-Taiginsky and 2 outbreaks in the village of O-Shynaa, Tes-Khem districts. Employees of the veterinary service carry out a set of necessary measures aimed at eliminating foci: healthy animals are vaccinated, blood samples are taken monthly to identify positively and doubtfully reacting animals, which can be subjected to forced slaughter within 15 days after positive results are revealed.
Among the indirect reasons for such epizootic trouble, the chief sanitary doctor attributed non-compliance with veterinary requirements in the acquisition, sale and maintenance of domestic animals, unauthorized movement of livestock, lack of proper control by municipal authorities over the registration of livestock in local administrations, untimely forced slaughter of sick animals, as well as the presence not identified epizootic foci and brucella carriers.
To exclude the emergence of new foci of brucellosis, the Office of Rospotrebnadzor proposed to instruct the municipal authorities to develop special programs for these types of work for each administrative territory with funding.
The proposals of the Office of Rospotrebnadzor will be submitted for consideration by the HEAD of the region.
