REC will support the export of organic products

The issue of supporting exporters of organic products was discussed with the Russian EXPORT Center (REC) at the round table of the Nevsky International Ecological Congress, dedicated to international cooperation in the field of organic production. In the message, representatives of the REC indicate that they offer producers of organic products special promotion measures.

Thus, organic producers can promote under the umbrella brand "Made in Russia" in the direction of "Organic origin". To obtain this label, it is enough for the manufacturer to submit to the REC documents confirming the organic origin of the product, issued by accredited bodies.

In addition, the REC can present organic products in showrooms in six countries around the world, the report says. Participation in demonstration and tasting showrooms allows you to prove yourself to buyers and further increase export deliveries. At the same time, Roskachestvo notes that the production of organic products in RUSSIA has grown by almost half in 2022, which has made Russia one of the leaders in the production of organics among the EAEU countries . The next step, according to the Ministry of Agriculture, is the establishment of exports without barriers between the EAEU countries.
