As follows from the documents of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, which Interfax got acquainted with, the volumes of these products that Belarus can supply to RUSSIA significantly exceed the forecasts for deliveries from Russia to Belarus.

According to three balance sheets, Belarus can EXPORT 4.8 million tons of this product to Russia, Russia to Belarus - 94.4 thousand tons.

The agreed volume of supplies of these products from Belarus in 2013 was 4 million 620 thousand tons. But at the end of the year it was exceeded by 18%, up to 5 million 471 thousand tons. Russia sold 69.8 thousand tons of products to Belarus.

According to the balance for 2014 approved by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus, the supply of Belarusian MILK will amount to 3.1 million tons, including 70 thousand tons of skimmed milk powder, 30 thousand tons of whole milk powder, 60 thousand tons of concentrated milk, 50 thousand tons of dry whey, 70 thousand tons of butter, 135 thousand tons of cheese and cottage cheese, 355 thousand tons of other dairy products.

At the same time, the authorities note that in 2013 the import of dairy products from Belarus to Russia reached 4 million 738 thousand tons, exceeding the agreed volumes by 15.2%. Russia delivered 67.9 thousand tons in 2013, the forecast for this year is 91 thousand tons.

It is assumed that mutual supplies of dairy products will be distributed by quarters, taking into account the seasonal increase in milk production in order to prevent a significant reduction in prices during this period.

Deliveries of MEAT products from Russia to Belarus in 2014 were determined at 3.2 thousand tons against 1.8 thousand tons in 2013. 350 thousand tons can be imported from Belarus to the Russian Federation. In particular, the export of Belarusian beef to the Russian Federation is set at 125,000 tons, pork - 20,000 tons, poultry meat - 55,000 tons, and other types of meat - 110,000 tons.

At the same time, in 2013, with an agreed volume of 310 thousand tons, 382.6 thousand tons were imported into Russia (in terms of meat).

The SUGAR balance provides that 0.2 thousand tons of granulated sugar can be delivered from Russia to Belarus against 0.1 thousand tons in 2013, in the opposite direction - 250 thousand tons. Moreover, in 2013 Belarus shipped 350,000 tons of sugar to Russia, which is 1.7 times more than the agreed volume.

It is envisaged that the agreed volumes of deliveries will be distributed evenly by quarters.

According to the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), in 2013 Belarus supplied $4.3 billion worth of agricultural products to the Russian Federation ($4 billion in 2012), Russia delivered $1 billion to Belarus against $0.9 billion, respectively.

The volume of gross agricultural output of the countries of the Customs Union in 2013 amounted to $147 billion against $127.7 billion in 2012. The share of Russia in this indicator is 81%, Belarus - 8%.
