In mid-February 2022, the Arbitration COURT of the Krasnoyarsk Territory received an application from Agropartner LLC to declare Barkhatovskaya Poultry Farm JSC bankrupt. In recent years, it has been at least the third attempt to declare a state-owned enterprise bankrupt, before that, in addition to private creditors, the tax inspectorate also acted. This time, the initiator is an enterprise to which the poultry farm owes about 3.5 million rubles.

The court has already accepted the statement of claim for proceedings and the first court session to verify the validity of the application for declaring the debtor bankrupt is scheduled for March 23, 2022. Apparently, Barkhatovskaya Poultry Farm OJSC owed money to more than one enterprise, other creditors also applied to the court with a request to join the bankruptcy case.

Thus, LLC Krasnoyarsk Grain Company put forward claims for 1.8 million rubles, and LLC AgroAlliance - about 160 thousand rubles, but the court left their applications without movement, but most likely this is a formality. Organizations need to eliminate a number of comments and then they will also enter the bankruptcy case.

OAO Poultry Farm Barkhatovskaya is a state-owned enterprise and the stake belongs to the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In November 2021, the deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory decided to sell the shares of the poultry farm this year at an auction, but, apparently, the deal may not go as far as selling the asset. If the procedure is introduced, then the owner is removed from the management and disposal of the enterprise, and the budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will not receive anything.

The authorized capital of Barkhatovskaya Poultry Farm JSC is 220 million rubles, since 2018 Andrey Bakhtin has been the DIRECTOR of the enterprise. In 2020, with an income of less than 1 billion rubles, the poultry farm operated at a loss of almost 80 million rubles. But 2019 was more successful and the company received a net income of almost 15 million rubles with a revenue of more than 1 billion rubles per year.

It should be noted that the director and founder of the initiator of the bankruptcy of Agropartner LLC is Konstantin Kaygorodov. This man is also directly related to AgroAlliance LLC and Krasnoyarsk Grain Company LLC, where he is also listed as a director and founder. From this we can conclude that the group of companies of Konstantin Stanislavovich decided in court to take control of the Barkhatovskaya Poultry Farm without waiting for privatization procedures.
