The Komsomolskaya poultry farm near Kungur has changed its owner

The editorial staff learned about the completion of the deal from the non-core assets bank Trust, which owned the production complex since 2018. In the second ten days of November, the enterprise bought out Agroaktiv Management LLC. The parties did not disclose the price of the property.

JSC "Ptitsefabrika "Komsomolskaya"" in a village located 10 kilometers from Kungur, ranks first in the Perm Territory in egg production (about 650 million pieces per year). According to the results of 2022, the enterprise received 15.8 million rubles of net profit with revenue of 3.6 billion rubles.

In the spring of 2023, Trust put the poultry farm up for sale at a starting price of 1.95 billion rubles. The bidding did not take place due to a lack of applications. In October, information appeared about the bank's negotiations with the Tavros group of companies on the upcoming sale of the poultry farm.

OOO Upravlenie agroaktivami was registered in 2016 in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region. 99.9% of the company's authorized capital belongs to CEO Denis Mayorov, 0.1% to Vitaly Bochkov. In December last year, it bought the Bashkirskaya poultry farm from the Cherkizovo group for 2 billion rubles.
