Earlier, the Governor of the Perm Territory, Dmitry Makhonin, repeatedly emphasized that the Perm Territory is famous for its industry, but at the same time the development of agriculture has great prospects. According to him, with the help of various grants and subsidies, agricultural producers can more actively develop their production and reach new scales, and, as a result, new economic indicators and markets for their products.

According to the regional Ministry of Agriculture, a total of 164 enterprises took part in the federal competition. The winners were 92 projects from 48 regions of the country, which will receive government support in the form of grants in the amount of 3 to 10 million rubles. depending on the share of investment in the project. Entrepreneurs whose share of their own funds is at least 25% of the project cost can apply for the maximum grant amount. Grant funds can be used for improvement, purchase of equipment and inventory, arrangement of places for tourists to stay and other purposes. The total amount of federal funding in 2024 for the development of rural tourism will be 700 million rubles.

The VAYRI GAZAN project won 10 million rubles. for the development of infrastructure for the provision of excursion and tourism services on a farm in the Vereshchaginsky district. Today, the provision of tourism services is organized on a charitable basis.

The agricultural enterprise is developing a farm for breeding Romanovskaya and Dorper sheep. Horses, goats and other animals are also raised here. The enterprise has a kennel where rare breeds of dogs are bred: Jagdterriers, Russian piebald hounds, Russian hounds, West Siberian huskies, Armenian gampra and so on. In the future, it is planned to organize breeding of Dorper sheep, as the most effective breed for MEAT production. In the Perm region, IP Kirakosyan A.S. the only farmer who breeds this hairless breed of sheep, which has high fattening and meat qualities. MeatThese sheep are odorless and have marbling. As part of the grant, a camping site will be created, which will create comfortable conditions for tourists who want to stay for a few days and enjoy nature and animals.

SPSSK AGRORUS will also receive 10 million rubles. for the implementation of the project “Space Legend KARSHA-vel”. The cooperative , led by Andrei Yankin, processes more than 200 tons of meat per year: cattle , poultry, and pork . Sales of products are organized through a network of branded stores in the city of Tchaikovsky, as well as the federal network “Lenta”.

Using grant funds, the agricultural cooperative plans to organize an area for guests to stay (eco-houses) and feed them meat products. Also, one of the areas of the project will be the organization of culinary master classes.

It should be noted that the village of Karsha, Tchaikovsky urban district, is known for the fact that on March 25, 1961, a spacecraft descent module with the dog Zvezdochka on board landed there.

Minister of Agriculture of the Perm Territory Pavel Noskov noted that such grant projects help develop agricultural enterprises in the Kama region and contribute to the creation of additional jobs in rural areas. “The ministry’s work to attract federal funds for the development of agriculture and improvement of rural areas will continue,” he added.

Farms in the Kama region can also take advantage of other government support measures, which provide various forms of assistance at different stages of development - from consulting to compensation for part of the costs when implementing large investment projects. More than 3 billion rubles are allocated from the budget annually for the development of the agro-industrial complex on behalf of the HEAD of the Kama region, Dmitry Makhonin.

In 2023, two enterprises received funds for the implementation of their projects - the Ostrova agricultural estate in the Osinsky District and the DobroFish sturgeon farm from Dobryanka. Both companies are involved in aquaculture and are successfully implementing their projects.
