When monitoring the registration of eVSD in the FSIS "Mercury" in August 2023, 29 violations were identified. Among those who committed violations were 25 authorized persons of business entities and 4 state veterinarians of the veterinary service of the Yaroslavl region.

Thus, a veterinarian preparing veterinary accompanying documents at the AgriVolga LLC enterprise completed “processing/production” production transactions, according to which similar products were produced from raw materials “Light beef stock” with an expiration date of August 16, 2023, but already with a shelf life of until February 11, 2024, and from the raw materials “Beef Heart” and “Beef Liver” with a shelf life of August 20, 2023, similar products with a shelf life of February 11, 2024 were produced.

Thus, the enterprise illegally released into circulation products that do not meet the requirements of veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations; the extension of the shelf life violates the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs Union “On the safety of food products” TR CU 021/2011.

Based on the results of identified violations, the territorial department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR sent a warning to business entities about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of veterinary legislation.
