Export to Azerbaijan of products of Russian enterprises that have not fulfilled the obligations of contracts is suspended

The organizations were inspected by the Azerbaijan National Institute of Food Safety during the week of June 14.

ROSSELKHOZNADZOR appeals to the management of these companies with a request to draw the attention of their employees to the need for timely fulfillment of the terms of contracts in terms of payment.

We also draw the attention of all enterprises interested in exporting their products to Azerbaijan , primarily organizations participating in video inspections in the near future, to the need to timely conclude an agreement and pay for services by the National Institute of Food Safety of the Republic.

The Rosselkhoznadzor has repeatedly reported that it is mandatory to undergo inspections by the Azerbaijani side, as well as that inspections are carried out by the country's National Institute of Food Safety on a paid basis.

In accordance with the legislation of Azerbaijan, the payment can be made by the exporter himself or the importer of the enterprise in the Republic.
