From November 29 to December 3, specialists of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Primorsk Interregional Veterinary Laboratory" found inconsistencies with the established standards in domestic products. In total, over the past week, laboratory specialists conducted 6,945 tests of food products samples.

In the course of laboratory tests of samples of food products, 22 positive results were obtained in terms of quality and safety indicators (not meeting the requirements for products) when conducting research on domestic products (Primorsky Krai, Moscow and Kursk regions) production.

As a result of the research, 11 batches of products that do not meet the requirements of technical regulations were identified: chilled fish (cod, greenling, navaga, flounder, pollock), pork and tomato paste.

Listeria bacteria, eggs and larvae of helminths, bacteria of the Escherichia coli group, an excess of the general level of bacterial contamination, as well as other violations were found in the studied products.

In total, 25.1 tons of products were found that did not meet the requirements of regulatory documents.

After receiving the results of the research, information about the detections was entered into the automated system (AS) in the field of veterinary medicine "Vesta". Further, information on safety indicators was received by urgent reports to the Central Office and the territorial Offices of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR , the veterinary departments of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and other departments.
