Near Ryazan, a poultry farm discharged wastewater into a tributary of the Oka

The poultry farm illegally dumped wastewater into the Krapivnya stream. This was reported in the Ryazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office.

During the audit, it was found that the poultry farm was discharging wastewater into the Oka tributary basin without the norms of permissible discharges approved by the Rosprirodnadzor authorities.

The prosecutor's office made a presentation to the HEAD of the enterprise. Due to the fact that measures to eliminate violations were not taken in a timely manner, the environmental prosecutor appealed to the COURT.

The prosecutor's demands were satisfied by the court. The poultry farm is obligated to obtain a permit for the discharge of pollutants into the environment.

The execution of the court decision is under the control of the environmental prosecutor's office.
