PF "Oredezh" increased egg production by 8.3%

Despite its already strong presence on the market, the Oredezh Agrocomplex continues to strive for constant development and improvement of its production processes. Thanks to the introduction of lean production tools, the enterprise team was able to increase production to 390 million eggs as part of the national project. Thus, the Leningrad region continues to confirm its leadership in egg production in RUSSIA.

Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Leningrad Region - Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development and Investment Activities, Dmitry Yalov, commented on the results, noting that the Oredezh Agrocomplex has demonstrated its ability for continuous improvement and development. He also noted that the company was able to achieve impressive results, including a 56% increase in productivity per person per hour and a 73% reduction in work in progress.

One of the key success factors of the Oredezh Agrocomplex is the active participation of employees in the process of improving production. Employee initiatives and suggestions were taken into account and implemented in optimizing the operation of the enterprise. As a result, the company has “Change Leaders” - a team that actively implements new knowledge and does not stop there.
