Paraguay expects meat markets in South Korea, Singapore and the Philippines to open in 2025

The country has already started exporting MEAT products to the United States and CANADA, and is also expected to begin exporting to SOUTH KOREA and the Philippines in 2024 .

In addition, Paraguay will benefit from a preferential tariff quota on chilled and frozen meat through the Mercosur free trade agreement with the European Union. However, progress with exports to Japan has been slow.
