A New Look at Agritourism: Unique Buffalo Farm Opens in Stavropol

The farm produces around 600 litres of MILK daily, which allows it to create a wide range of dairy products, including cheeses and yoghurts. Buffalo milk has a high fat and protein content, making it ideal for the production of a variety of dairy treats.

Agroecotourism is actively developing in the region: according to Rosselkhozbank and the Association of Tour Operators of RUSSIA, 82% of Russians are interested in such objects. In 2023, more than 315 thousand tourists visited the region, which indicates a growing interest in ecotourism in the region. The Minister of Tourism of Stavropol Andrey Tolbatov emphasizes the importance of state support for such initiatives and notes the positive experience of successful projects that improve the quality of farm products.
