A phantom platform was discovered in Yamal, through which more than 102 tons of livestock products were illegally put into circulation

According to the information system, through the platform of R.E.J.V. at the address: Salekhard, st. Chuprova, 31B, building 1 illegally put into circulation 65 tons of butter, 10 tons of MILK powder, 18 tons of fish and 9.99 tons of beef and beef offal of unknown origin and quality.

So, to LLC "R.E.Y.V." from GEFEST-MILK LLC (Moscow) two batches of butter in the amount of 40 kg and one batch of powdered milk 25 kg produced in the Republic of Belarus were received. The authorized person of R.E.J.V. LLC according to non-existent paper VSD, 10 tons of milk powder and 65 tons of butter of unknown origin were added to the indicated batches of dairy products. This fact is a violation of the Veterinary legislation of the Russian Federation.

Also, an enterprise from Salekhard issued production documents for 18 tons of fish and 9.99 tons of beef and beef offal of unknown origin without indicating information about the incoming VSD for raw materials in the FSIS "Mercury". Thus, the mandatory requirements of the “Veterinary Rules for the Organization of Work on the Registration of Veterinary Accompanying Documents” and the Technical Regulations On the Safety of Milk and Dairy Products 033/2013, On the Safety of Food Products 021/2011, On the Safety of Fish and Fish Products 040/2016 were violated.

In order to prevent further circulation of products of unknown origin, the territorial Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR LLC "R.E.Y.V." recognized as a phantom enterprise, veterinary documents for the production and sale of products of FSIS "Mercury" were canceled.

On the fact of illegal circulation of livestock products, information was sent to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RUSSIA and the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, as well as to the Veterinary Service of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
