New packaging from domestic recycled materials is being tested at the Pyshminskaya poultry farm. Cassettes for 20 eggs - a format in demand among buyers in the region - will appear in the next two months. For production, a matrix was purchased from a Russian manufacturer.

“In March, manufacturers faced the problem of packaging supplies. As it turned out, labels, cells and even components for their production were supplied from Europe. And almost all factories faced a choice - to sell products in bulk or look for an alternative. Thanks to our partners and our own efforts, the products were shipped without interruption. However, we have taken a step forward. I would like to note that the project for the production of cassettes for 20 eggs on our own base was planned long before the February events. This ensured our independence from external conditions,” Lidia Lysova, commercial DIRECTOR of the Pyshminskaya poultry farm, told a reporter from the Tyumenskaya Line news agency.

The poultry farm purchases raw materials for the manufacture of cassettes from Tyumen companies, and also uses its own recyclable materials.

“While the sample is being tested, we already see that the quality we have achieved is better than third-party suppliers can offer. The stores have not yet received products in such packaging - this will take place within the next two months,” Lidia Lysova noted.
