SoyuzPromPtitsa LLC became the first enterprise of the Republic of Bashkortostan to accept international auditors. During the visit to the enterprise, representatives of Roskachestvo-Halal and GAC inspected the production processes, paying special attention to technologies for slaughter and deep processing of turkey MEAT and giving the enterprise the necessary recommendations. 

Certification regarding compliance with Sharia laws was carried out by Roskachestvo-Halal expert on Islamic issues and specialists from Oman and Saudi Arabia from GAC.

Based on the results of the audit, Roskachestvo-Halal and GAC experts will soon decide to issue a Halal certificate to the enterprise.

"SoyuzPromPtitsa is the largest turkey production enterprise not only in the republic, but also in the country. Its share in the gross meat production in Bashkortostan exceeds 25%. The total poultry population is 800 thousand heads, and the production volume reaches 30-35 thousand tons of meat per year. Roskachestvo-Halal certification will allow the enterprise to enter new markets," said Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan - Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.

To EXPORT products to international markets, especially to countries with significant Muslim populations, halal certification from a body recognized in those countries is required. The ongoing audit will allow the manufacturer, after receiving a certificate from the accredited body Roskachestvo-Halal, to export its products to the Gulf countries.

SoyuzPromPtitsa LLC is one of the three leaders in the production and processing of turkey meat, its products are represented by the Indyushkin brand. The total poultry population is 800 thousand heads, and the production volume reaches 30-35 thousand tons of meat per year.
