The capital plant of sausages and MEAT semi-finished products "Dymov" reduced the time for the production of one batch of products by 30% for six months of participation in the national project "Productivity of Labor", they said in the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the City of Moscow. The department's message states that now the plant has increased its productivity to 30 tons of product per day.

The company reported that during the first six months of participation in the project, work was carried out to optimize the workspace, and also accelerated the process of reconfiguring equipment by replacing some parts - for example, they increased the speed of adjusting knives by changing fasteners. As a result, the production time per batch decreased by 30%, the efficiency of each employee increased by 40%, and the production of sausages increased by 20%. Now these initiatives will be fixed in production standards and transferred to other workshops of the plant.

The Dymov Moscow plant has been operating for 20 years and produces 26,000 tons of meat products annually, the ministry said in a statement. The products manufactured at the plant - sausages, sausages and semi-finished meat products, go to shops, restaurants and cafes throughout the country and for EXPORT to the CIS countries.
