A meat processing plant from Nalchik replaced turkey meat in sausages with cheaper chicken meat

LLC MEAT Processing Plant Nalchiksky produced 40 kg of turkey sausages. However, cheaper and more affordable meat, chicken, was used as a raw material. Such actions of the manufacturer mislead consumers, and products produced in this way do not meet the requirements of the EAEU technical regulation "On the safety of meat and meat products."
