According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE), the management company Regiongazfinance acquired 49% of the authorized capital of the enterprise. The owner of Regiongazfinance, according to some sources, is Marina Bezrukova, who works with closed investment funds.

Danil Dolgikh owns a small stake (about 1%) in the Gatchinsky company. Now he is the owner of the companies Peter LLC (the executive body at the MEAT processing plant), Alisa LLC and Terra-Vend LLC. Both of these companies are engaged in trade, with Alice specializing in fish. Dolgikh is also the founder of the Oktyabrsky Cognac Factory.
