Meat processing plant "A-Group" launched a new line of semi-finished products

The press service of the governor and the government of the Ulyanovsk region reports that last week a new line for the production of semi-finished products was launched at the MEAT processing plant of the A-Group corporation (TM Home Restaurant) in the village of Mirny, Cherdaklinsky district.

The plant, which opened in October 2020, became the first meat processing plant in the region with a closed production cycle: from slaughtering cattle to shipping finished products. After the launch of the line of semi-finished products, its volume will increase from 30 to 140 tons per month (15% of the design capacity).

According to Edgar Krasauskas, DIRECTOR General of A-Group LLC, the next step in the development of production will be the acquisition of a shock freezing chamber, after which the plant's capacity will increase to 240 tons per month and new jobs will appear in Mirny.

Now the company has 80 employees. The average salary is 37 thousand rubles. A-Group purchases production raw materials from farms in the Ulyanovsk region. Cutlets and dumplings go to budgetary institutions of the region and Yoshkar-Ola, said Mikhail Semenkin, Acting HEAD of the Regional Ministry of Agro-Industrial Complex and Rural Development.

Ruslan Gainetdinov, head of the Corporation for the Development of Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Ulyanovsk Region, added that he was actively working on the development of the EXPORT supply system of A-Group LLC. The plant is certified for the production of halal beef products, which are of interest to importers from the Middle East. In October 2021, the company announced plans to supply semi-finished meat products to CHINA and Uzbekistan.
