A second violation was discovered at the end of May. An entrepreneur from Murom, specializing in the food trade, issued a veterinary accompanying certificate in the Mercury information system for 30 kilograms of semi-finished poultry MEAT, the expiration date of which had expired a week earlier (May 18).

The monitoring group of the regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor specified that this is the second case of an attempt to sell expired products.
