The Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Vladimir, Kostroma and Ivanovo regions repeatedly fined an individual entrepreneur from Murom for the repeated delivery of expired broiler legs.
A second violation was discovered at the end of May. An entrepreneur from Murom, specializing in the food trade, issued a veterinary accompanying certificate in the Mercury information system for 30 kilograms of semi-finished poultry MEAT, the expiration date of which had expired a week earlier (May 18).
The monitoring group of the regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor specified that this is the second case of an attempt to sell expired products. A warning was sent to the authorized person who issued the certificate about a possible blocking in the system. An administrative offense case was initiated against the supplier under part 1 of article 10.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and part 1 of article 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
