According to experts, sausage is the product that receives the most complaints from adherents of a healthy lifestyle and not only. At the same time, even those who do not particularly follow a healthy lifestyle are afraid to buy such goods in supermarkets, because people are afraid of running into a low-quality product whose manufacturers have skimped on raw materials.

But Roskontrol found out that there is quite a lot of really good sausage on the shelves of modern stores, no less than there was in Soviet times. And first of all, experts named the best brands among the boiled sausages that are most often purchased. The highest figures were noted for the brands “Dymov”, “Rublevsky” and “Eremkina T.P.” This sausage was made from real MEAT, taking into account GOST, without dyes or preservatives.

The list of approved brands includes doctor's sausage "Velkom" and "Okraina", but with some reservations. No preservatives or antibiotics were found in the product . But experts were confused by the high price of the product, as well as the lower fat content compared to other samples.

Among semi-smoked sausages, the organization approved the brands of cervelat “Ramensky Delicacy”, Krakow sausage “Bakhrushin” and the same “Velkom”. Among the disadvantages, the jury only singled out the high level of moisture in the sausage, but otherwise the product turned out to be of very high quality.
