Miratorg offered more than 30 types of lamb products at Prodexpo-2023

Miratorg, a vertically integrated producer of the main types of MEAT in RUSSIA, in September 2019 launched a unique project for the industrial rearing and fattening of young small ruminants, investing 2.9 billion rubles in the first production site for 60 thousand heads in the Fatezhsky district of the Kursk region . The goal of the project was to produce lamb that meets international quality standards. In 2020, the project grew due to the launch of a second sheep farm for 30,000 heads of sheep in the Teplo-Ogarevsky district of the Tula region. Modern full-cycle farms in the Kursk and Tula regions provide full zootechnical and veterinary control over the process of growing healthy livestock.

The company continues to develop the sheep breeding area by increasing the capacity of existing complexes and breeding work, forming an economically efficient livestock and influencing both the economic characteristics of the herd and the taste properties of lamb meat products.

The company manufactures products from lamb on the basis of an automated complex in the Bryansk region. The company is certified in accordance with international food safety quality standards HACCP, iso, has a Halal certificate. Miratorg offers solutions both in industrial packaging for Horeca customers, and products in consumer packaging in the widest possible range: minced meat, burgers, kebabchichi, ribs, bone-in steaks, traditional cuts, as well as large meat cuts on the bone, from which you can fry premium bone-in steaks, cook barbecue, stew or goulash, cook fragrant broth, marinate in a whole piece or bake. In 2022, the volume of semi-finished lamb products produced increased by 4.6 times compared to the previous year.
