In June 2022, the agricultural holding signed an investment agreement with the administration of the Belgorod Region on the implementation of a high-tech infrastructure project in the region - ORC for 27.5 thousand pallet spaces. The complex will optimize the supply chain of high-quality products of deep processing: MEAT semi-finished products from pork, beef and chicken, including for EXPORT shipments.

The project includes three main processes: acceptance and shipment of frozen meat products from the company's assets, shock freezing and low-temperature shelf storage. Pork enters the warehouse-refrigerator from the production lines of the meat processing enterprise, and products from other plants of the holding - poultry, beef, culinary products, frozen vegetable and meat semi-finished products - are delivered to the warehouse through the expedition zone.

In addition to creating 150 new jobs with decent, competitive wages, all social guarantees and comfortable working conditions, the center will pay more than 160 million rubles in taxes to budgets of all levels annually, and will also have a positive impact on the socio-economic development of the region.

“Implementation of Miratorg's next investment project in the Belgorod Region became possible thanks to the creation of favorable conditions for the investor and the readiness of the administration to effectively and promptly resolve emerging issues. Construction and installation work is proceeding as part of the approved plan, we plan to open the ORC by the end of 2023. During construction, we take into account the latest trends for wholesale distribution centers and guarantee the energy efficiency, environmental friendliness and high technology of the new complex,” commented the press service of the Miratorg ABH.
