Analysts from the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA believe that the increase in the price of turkey is seasonal. it is associated with an increase in demand and rising costs of producers. Meanwhile, the consumption of this type of poultry MEAT is steadily growing. Representatives of the ministry recalled that the turkey sub-sector is developing most intensively in the domestic poultry industry. Over five years, Russia has risen from 7th to 2nd in the world in terms of turkey meat production, ending last year with a total volume of 415,000 tons.
