Currently, more than 40% of veterinary medicines in the country are sold online , including through various marketplaces. This has made it relevant to create regulations that will control such trade.

Yulia Kalinina, a representative of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR , noted that so far marketplaces have not taken sufficient measures to eliminate counterfeit drugs, which poses a risk to the HEALTH of animals and their owners. Rosselkhoznadzor cooperates with Roskomnadzor to block such pages.
