Bidding for the sale of the property complex of the Kursk CJSC Agrarian Production Center Fatezhsky for 1.66 billion rubles did not take place, follows from a message published by the organizer.

it was a re-bid. The first lot was a production and logistics complex (1.57 billion rubles), the second - accounts receivable (91.7 million rubles). The bidding did not take place due to the lack of bids. For the first time, they tried to sell the debtor's assets in a single lot for 1.84 billion rubles. Then there were no people willing to buy the assets either.

It is worth adding that in September 2020, the creditors decided to lease the property complex to the Kursk Reut LLC for a fee of 2.4 million rubles per month for a period of three months. The agreement established the possibility of prolonging the lease on the same terms no more than four times. There have been no reports of renewal of the lease on Fedresurs since then.

The complex includes unsecured real estate in the form of an apartment in the city of Fatezh with an area of 36.2 sq. m and several positions of collateral. In particular, we are talking about land plots with an area of about 200 thousand square meters. m, fattening and reproductive farms, water intake device. In addition, the lot includes encumbered and unencumbered vehicles, construction in progress, 52.3 thousand heads of pigs, furniture, household chemicals, clothing, tools, medicines and other small goods. It should be noted that SBK LLC has pledged the right to lease two land plots with an area of 1.76 thousand hectares.

Recall that earlier the new bankruptcy trustee of the company, Mikhail Kuznetsov, approved the procedure for selling the debtor's property. Mr. Kuznetsov, in terms of the sale of assets, indicated three lots - an enterprise worth 1.84 billion rubles, an industrial and technological complex of 1.74 billion rubles and accounts receivable of 101.89 million rubles. The second and third lots were put up for sale, as it was not possible to sell the first lot, including during repeated auctions, where the price should be reduced by 10%. In fact, the second and third lots are the sum of the first. And if it is not possible to sell them, then the secured creditor will be able to keep the property.

"Tyumen Dairy Farms" sued more than 3 million rubles of debt from the "Yalutorovsky MEAT Processing Plant"

In 2018, the former bankruptcy trustee of the debtor, Yulia Frolova, tried to sell his property with an initial value of 3.6 billion rubles. Wishing to acquire assets, even from the "public" was not found. By October last year, the company fell in price to 1.18 billion rubles. In November, the auction was canceled, and in March the COURT released Yulia Frolova from her duties. Mikhail Kuznetsov was appointed bankruptcy trustee, he made a new attempt to sell.

CJSC Agrarian Production Center Fatezhsky in 2010 started construction of a pig farm with a completed production cycle for 112,000 heads worth 3.5 billion rubles. However, in June 2016, the company was declared bankrupt at the suit of JSCB Bank of Moscow due to a debt of 484 million rubles. At the end of 2018, almost 3.4 billion rubles were included in the register of debtor claims.

According to SPARK-Interfax, CJSC APC Fatezhsky with an authorized capital of 1.1 million rubles was registered in 2009. The main activity is animal husbandry. 51% belongs to the Moscow LLC "Universtroylux" (final beneficiaries - two offshore), 49% - to Russian citizens.
