The ROSSELKHOZNADZOR is conducting an in-depth inspection of the products of Kurgan MEAT Processing Plant Standard after identifying low-quality canned food intended for EXPORT to Vietnam.

Violations were identified both in the analysis of the supply chain reflected in the information system "Mercury" and in the composition of the products.

According to the Rosselkhoznadzor department for the Chelyabinsk and Kurgan regions, on June 5, the meat processing plant produced 3,914 kilograms of canned food: deer, chicken, goose, and turkey liver pates. At the same time, the volume of raw materials consumed amounted to only 498 kilograms, which is impossible from the point of view of technology.

In the production of 18 kilograms of Okhotnichiy venison pate, the employees of the plant did not record the use of this type of meat and the declared ingredients: beef, butter and egg powder. In the manufacture of a batch of canned goose liver weighing 2004 kilograms, the system also did not record the components used.

The Rosselkhoznadzor has suspended the export certification of OOO Kurgan Meat Processing Plant Standard. Canned goods sent for examination.
