In October 2024 , the management of Petrovsky Delikates filed for bankruptcy. The COURT introduced the observation procedure in December. An analysis of the financial condition conducted by the temporary manager revealed a lack of assets to pay off creditors, which makes it impossible to restore solvency. Currently, the company has 16 creditors and the total debt is 174.3 million rubles.

At its peak in 2022, the company's revenue reached 1.39 billion rubles, but then fell sharply to 920 million in 2023 and 312 million in 2024. As a result, the company incurred a loss of 37.7 million rubles last year, while in 2021 the company showed a profit of 4.3 million rubles. As of January 1, 2025, long-term borrowings amounted to 149.1 million rubles, including 39.7 million rubles of debt. The number of employees also decreased from 163 people in 2022 to 69 in 2024. On May 5, the Federal Tax Service blocked the company's accounts in six banks. 56 enforcement proceedings have been initiated against Petrovsky Delikates for a total of 29.5 million rubles.
