Representatives of the Kyrgyz company Abroy took part in an audit conducted on January 18 by specialists of the Halal Standard Committee at Udmurt Poultry Farm LLC for compliance with the necessary conditions for the production of halal products.
“This company from Bishkek is engaged in the production of MEAT gastronomy and is interested in supplying high-quality halal meat products,” said Vugar Akperov, Mufti of the Spiritual Muslim Board of the Chelyabinsk Region, Deputy DIRECTOR of the Ural Branch of the Halal International Standard Committee. - Kyrgyzstan is a country with a Muslim population, where high requirements are placed on the process of organizing halal slaughter at enterprises and in general in the production of products. The guests, having visited the Udmurt poultry farm, were convinced that Russian enterprises also value their reputation. Representatives of the Abroy company were surprised that all one hundred percent of slaughter is carried out by the halal method, highly appreciated the quality of the products and expressed hope for a long-term mutually beneficial cooperation.”
At the end of last year, Udmurt Poultry Farm LLC shipped products to Kyrgyzstan for the first time. The total weight of the pilot batch was 20 tons. These are frozen semi-finished products from poultry meat - minced meat, fillet, and other products, according to the official website of the enterprise.
The products were transported to Bishkek by land transport using a special refrigerated container. Also, products under the Glazovskaya Ptitsa brand were delivered to the Kazakh cities of Nur-Sultan and Aktobe.
