Incubation complex "Eurodon" became the property of "Damate"

With the initial price of the object at 21.15 million rubles, the transaction amounted to 13.7 million rubles. Recently, the Arbitration COURT of the Rostov Region extended the period of bankruptcy proceedings at Ursdon LLC, which, until the moment of bankruptcy, produced turkey hatching eggs for Eurodon poultry farms.

The forthcoming sale of part of the property of Eurodon-South LLC for 2.1 billion rubles became known in December 2021. Subsequently, land plots in the Oktyabrsky district of the Rostov region, means of production and infrastructure facilities were put up for auction: incubators, poultry houses, reservoirs, pumping stations and water supply networks.

In the spring of 2022, Rosselkhozbank bought out the rights of claim to the structures of Eurodon from the state corporation VEB.RF and transferred part of the assets under the management of a specialized investor - the Damate group of companies, the leader of the domestic turkey breeding market.

In January, Damate's subsidiaries, Indyushkin Dvor LLC and Loman 2 LLC, purchased equipment from Eurodon-South LLC, vehicles, special equipment, as well as the right to claim funds from several holding companies for 75.8 million rubles. .
