The property of "Duck Farms" in the Chelyabinsk region fell in price to 542 million rubles

The property complex of Duck Farms LLC, declared bankrupt in 2019, was put up for auction for the third time. They will take place on August 11th. The initial price of the production and technological complex is 542.2 million rubles. Also sold are receivables in the amount of 8.8 million rubles (initial price - 1 ruble) and external roads (5.6 million rubles). The auction step is 5%. The winner will need to pay a 10% deposit. The first auction did not take place - there were no applications. The price then was 726 million rubles. The property of the enterprise was offered again for a smaller amount - 653.4 million rubles. There was only one application - from Rostov Grain Terminal LLC. But this company was not allowed to participate because it did not pay the deposit.

The complex of the poultry farm "Duck Farms" is located in the Krasnoarmeysky district. It includes poultry houses, unfinished workshops and a hatchery, a sanitary checkpoint, treatment facilities, engineering and transport infrastructure, land plots, machinery and equipment. Most of the property is pledged to the InvestStroy company. She bought the rights of claim from the Russian Agricultural Bank, which was lending to the enterprise, at the beginning of 2021. In addition, the Utkino trademark will be transferred to the winner of the auction.

In November 2021, the prosecutor's office of the Chelyabinsk region approved the indictment in a criminal case against the DIRECTOR of Duck Farms LLC Sergey Kostenko. He was accused of illegally obtaining a loan. The criminal case was sent for consideration on the merits to the Traktorozavodsky District COURT of Chelyabinsk. There, in December, they announced the termination of the case due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. The register of creditors includes several dozen organizations, the total amount of claims is 1 billion rubles.

The duck farm was restarted in April 2021. The Alpina agricultural holding began to manage it. In July, the first batch of ducks was sent to the slaughter and processing complex and 140 tons of MEAT were released. The livestock was 120 thousand birds, it is growing.
