ILPRA FoodPack Speedy packs meat in Extraskin on a cardboard backing

ILPRA, one of the world's leading manufacturers of packaging equipment that produces a wide range of technological machines for food packaging, has published a new video of the FoodPack Speedy traysealer for Extraskin thin skin packaging of MEAT on flat cardboard trays.

The FoodPack Speedy is an automatic compact in-line tray sealer ideal for small to medium volume production. The machine is equipped with a touch screen panel, easy to operate and provides easy access to internal components and components. The FoodPack Speedy model is equipped with a proportional film unwinder and a cassette die changing system. Thanks to ProGas technology, the traysealer is characterized by high efficiency and low gas consumption. The working area is 380 x 270 mm.

In a video released by the company, the machine is set up to fill meat in Extraskin skin packs on a recyclable carton backing in two different formats. The capacity of the tray sealer is 10 packs per minute. In this particular case, the machine features a fully automatic deniester stripping device, precise internal cutting technology, Extraskin packaging (up to 4 cm product height) and a Euro hole for hanging the packaging in order to highlight the product at the point of sale. Cardboard coasters have a plastic layer, but after use, it can be separated and recycled. The result is more sustainable packaging.
