The Group of Companies is strengthening its pig breeding business: it is building additional buildings at five pig breeding facilities and two artificial insemination stations. The planned modernization of livestock sites and other enterprises in the Kursk region continues.
“Most of our enterprises are located in rural areas, and creating new production assets, we cannot but create infrastructure and a comfortable environment for employees,” Sergey Novikov comments. - This is necessary so that young specialists come to us, develop, create families and they do not have problems with housing, with social conditions. According to the investment projects roadmap, this year alone we are contributing 6 billion rubles. One of the new facilities is a MEAT processing plant in Konyshevka, the cost of the project is about 4.3 billion rubles. We are strengthening pig breeding, dairy farming, and people are needed everywhere. Therefore, we initiated the creation of an agro-town, we are implementing the project together with the regional authorities and the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA with the support of a reliable partner - Rosselkhozbank JSC.
“Thanks to the strategy of intensive development and the successful implementation of investment projects of the Group of Companies, the Kursk Region has become one of the leaders in agriculture in Russia,” said Roman Starovoit.
The commissioning of cattle dairy complexes in 2021 and their subsequent full capacity brought Agropromkomplektatsiya to the first place in terms of gross MILK yield in the region, and the Kursk region to the second place in the production of raw milk among the subjects of the Russian Federation. According to the report of the Ministry of Agriculture, the increase for 2022 was 35%.
It is also noted that Roman Starovoit visited the new office of Agropromkomplektatsiya for the first time. Today, on an area of 3,000 square meters, it houses the Shared Service Center, a new structural unit with almost 200 employees, with the prospect of expanding the staff to 350 people. Investments in the project amounted to 500 million rubles. The creation of the SSC gave a powerful impetus to Agropromkomplektatsiya towards increasing the transparency of processes, their digitalization and automation.
