So, for example, the following is established:

enterprise IP Golovatskaya O.N. (Magnitogorsk) supplied JSC Gortorg (Chelyabinsk region, Magnitogorsk) with more than 400 kg of fish products (Prim cutlets and Traditional meatballs), produced from an illogical volume of raw materials (from 150 kg of minced pollock, more than 400 kg were produced semi-finished products), which led to loss of traceability; LLC "Nord West Plus" (Chelyabinsk) received from JSC "Food Plant "Good Taste" (Sverdlovsk Region) a pork ham produced from an illogical volume of raw materials (out of 5998 kg of pork MEAT in half-carcasses on the bone, the enterprise produced 5998 kg of boneless meat ( ham).

Products released with loss of traceability do not meet veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations and violate the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 021/2011 “On the safety of food products.”

Due to the fact that the recipients sent it to social institutions in Magnitogorsk and Chelyabinsk, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Office proposed to withdraw the products from circulation, place them temporarily in isolated storage and conduct laboratory tests on them .

Samples have been taken from the products and after research in an accredited laboratory a conclusion will be given on its further use.

In addition, the Rosselkhoznadzor Office issued a warning to the authorized person of the company who committed the violation in the FSIS “Vetis.Passport”. For the mistakes of the state veterinarian serving an individual entrepreneur, a warning was sent to the Magnitogorsk Veterinary Station.
