Farm in Buryatia expands quail egg and meat production capabilities

The new incubators are designed to lay up to 40 thousand quail eggs and 15 thousand chicken and broiler eggs per month at a time. This will significantly increase the production of environmentally friendly chicken MEAT and quail eggs.

"The increase in incubation capacity became a prerequisite for the construction of a broiler workshop," said the HEAD of the farm, Gennady Lyutayev. In the near future, the farm plans to supply more high-quality products to the market.

Today, the farm contains about 8 thousand quails, the annual sales volume of eggs is 1.5 million pieces, and meat - one and a half thousand tons. In addition, the farm produces and sells 24 tons of broiler meat and up to a ton of its own organic honey per year.

A unique feature of the farm is the production of canned quail eggs with quail meat in food-grade aluminum retort packages. This modern technology allows preserving the taste and nutritional value of the product. The monthly output of canned goods is up to 1,200 packages.
