Principals of two Ulyanovsk schools fined for violating veterinary legislation

Administrative proceedings against school directors were initiated by the prosecutor's office of the Inza district of the Ulyanovsk region on the basis of materials submitted by the Office based on the results of joint inspections of the control of catering in schools in the Bazarnosyzgan district.

Thus, in the course of joint supervisory activities, it was found that two educational institutions do not comply with the requirements of the current veterinary legislation - MEAT semi-finished products with an expired shelf life were found in the warehouse for storing food at the MKOU "Krasnososnenskaya Primary School", and at the MKOU "Bazarnosyzganskaya Secondary School No. 1” established the storage of meat products without labeling.
