Dymov set a new record for sausage production in 2023

The Dymov company produced 40 thousand tons of sausage products at its plant in Moscow in 2023. This is a record production volume for the company, as stated in a statement from the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. 

The department noted that Dymov enjoys the support of the local administration - for example, since 2016, the Moscow enterprise has the status of an industrial complex, and also receives preferential loans for the development of EXPORT activities. The company uses the funds saved in this way to increase production capacity and expand the range of products. In total, over 20 support measures are available for capital enterprises, the department explained.

In 2023, Dymov expanded its product range with several unique items for RUSSIA, the report stated. For example, MEAT sports bars with a high protein content, which contain meat , berries and spices, have no analogues in the country. In addition, they began to produce dry-cured sausages with the flavors of gorgonzola and pear, oyster sauce, and jamon. In total, these two production areas will add another 250 tons per month to the products produced at the enterprise.
