“We need people who understand the processes. Now there is even an overabundance, as it seems to me, of opportunities on the market: any kind of technical means, sensors, software, etc. But there is very little practice of their application, ”said Lobanov. Therefore, according to him, the Cherkizovo group is open and ready to share its experience.

Lobanov is sure that Russian companies should jointly invest in people who develop software, robotics, genetics, etc. “I think it is hardly possible to achieve success in any other way. We just need a technological stack, when everyone at their own level is doing their own task, ”says Lobanov.
