As an example of the use of modern technologies, the company's robotic sausage factory in Kashira near Moscow. Cherkizovo also uses remote control of the microclimate in poultry houses. Real-time monitoring of business and technological processes allows you to ensure rapid response through the rapid collection of data through the server. According to Lobanov, the agricultural holding developed the system jointly with Russian partners.

In addition, the company is using a house cleaning assistant bot, and it has already shown results: the quality of the bird and the environment of the house has improved due to its smooth operation. Machine vision is used to control product quality and labor productivity at the group's enterprises. Now these developments need to be scaled up and developed, Lobanov is sure.

“We need people who understand the processes. Now there is even an overabundance, as it seems to me, of opportunities on the market: any kind of technical means, sensors, software, etc. But there is very little practice of their application, ”said Lobanov. Therefore, according to him, the Cherkizovo group is open and ready to share its experience.

Lobanov is sure that Russian companies should jointly invest in people who develop software, robotics, genetics, etc. “I think it is hardly possible to achieve success in any other way. We just need a technological stack, when everyone at their own level is doing their own task, ”says Lobanov.
