Chelyabinsk poultry farm wins 11 million rubles from Ministry of Agriculture

During the inspection, it was found that the actual capacity of the machinery was 33.3 thousand horsepower, which is 87.02 hp higher than the declared value. In addition, the documents indicated five passenger cars, which, according to the Ministry, should not have been taken into account.

Judge Oksana Shcherbakova refused to satisfy the Ministry of Agriculture's claim, noting that the equipment data had been agreed upon before the subsidy agreement was signed. The COURT also emphasized that including passenger cars in the calculation did not cause any damage to the budget.
