The main reason for the conflict was the discrepancy in the data on the capacity of agricultural machinery provided by the factory. The Minister of Agriculture claimed that the factory had understated the figures to receive a subsidy . During the inspection, it was found that the actual capacity of the machinery was 33.3 thousand horsepower, which is 87.02 hp higher than the declared value. In addition, the documents indicated five passenger cars, which, according to the Ministry, should not have been taken into account.

Judge Oksana Shcherbakova refused to satisfy the Ministry of Agriculture's claim, noting that the equipment data had been agreed upon before the subsidy agreement was signed. The COURT also emphasized that including passenger cars in the calculation did not cause any damage to the budget.

This court decision has significant implications for the region’s agricultural sector, highlighting the importance of more careful assessment of data provided by producers. The success of the Chelyabinsk poultry farm in court was an important signal for the entire industry, demonstrating the need for a fair and transparent system of state support for the development of agriculture.
