Chelyabinsk poultry farm "Lohmann Breeders Rus" receives permission to import breeding material from abroad

The permit was issued following a detailed inspection conducted by the Ural Interregional Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR . During the inspection, it was established that the poultry farm complies with all safety and quality requirements, including participation in state controlled programs and regular laboratory monitoring.

Importing high-quality breeding material from countries with advanced agricultural technologies will help the factory improve the genetic potential of its laying hens, which in turn will lead to increased productivity and improved egg quality.

Founded in 2016 as a subsidiary of the German company Lohmann Breeders, the Chelyabinsk poultry farm quickly established itself in the market. In 2023, its revenue amounted to 514 million rubles, which reflects stable growth and successful operations. Obtaining an import permit opens up new horizons for the enterprise, helps reduce prices for eggs and chicken MEAT and can lead to the creation of additional jobs in the region.
