Why did prices rise?

In early 2025, Primorsky Krai experienced a MEAT shortage due to outbreaks of African swine fever and bird flu on large farms. This led to a sharp rise in prices – the prices of chicken and pork almost equaled each other.

Price reduction in summer

By June the situation had stabilized:

  • In Moscow, chilled fillet can be bought for 290 rubles,

  • In Vladivostok – for 450–580 rubles.

Where to buy cheaper?

Currently the lowest prices are in Ekonomich:

  • Chicken parts (frozen) – from 200 rubles/kg,

  • Fillet and wings (frozen) – from 380 rubles,

  • Chilled meat – from 450 rubles.
